Concept: Bottom up approach.

Series of discussions with the locals: students, crafts people, municipality, museum, cafes etc. to explore their vision of the festival and to map their needs and expectations.

Furthermore: mapping the places attended by locals (different target groups, i.e. students, business people, etc) and exploring the possibilities of using them as focal points for pre-festival awareness raising, promotion and for the festival itself.

Preparation for Telavi festival in collaboration with  TASWIR (Germany), Clay Office, State Silk Museum,  Telavi Municipality, Goethe Institute,  Community Development Center, Kreative Homokozo ( Hungary), Media Cafe Telavi, Georgian Textile Group, News Paper “Kaketis Khma”
